CREATE IMPACT

Entrepreneurs at the Indian Institute of Sustainability seize opportunities to create value through new innovative solutions that have a positive impact. Non-profit social ventures, for-profit businesses, or bringing entrepreneurial skills to an existing organisation can all be considered valuable, regardless of whether they are for profit.

COLLABORATE

Even when individuals act alone, they are rarely successful in launching large-scale projects of any importance. Entrepreneurs at the Indian Institute of Sustainability are motivated by a multidisciplinary team approach with broad social contacts that help mitigate the risk of doing something bold and significant. Businesses, technology experts, engineers, designers, innovators in the field of public health and artists are all working together to address some of the world’s most pressing issues in our programmes.

RISK

Entrepreneurs are willing to take a risk when they embark on a new venture and face uncertainty. In many cases, this means dealing with complex problems that have many moving parts.

ACT

What counts as entrepreneurial behaviour at IIOS goes beyond a product or company. It is a way of thinking and acting. With such a mindset, it becomes easier to identify the aspects of the world that need to be improved.

It is not just at the Indian Institute of Sustainability that entrepreneurship is thriving; it is all over IIOS. Student entrepreneurs can now take advantage of an array of opportunities and resources thanks to this vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.
